Gentlemen,
Long and short (inverse) funds, with and without leverage are useful and convenient to invest and hedge with. Please do not eliminate these tools.
Do not add more reg's making it harder to invest.
I STRONGLY oppose any restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. It is an extremely important element to any investor, and we should be able to invest in the way we chose, fully understanding the risks. Nobody should be excluded from investment opportunities available in the stock market and broader investment world.

These proposed regs are ill advised as they improperly infringe on an investors right to invest as he/she decides. I am perfectly capable of learning about leveraged and inverse investments and deciding for myself if they are an appropriate tool for our family's use.
We currently use both type of investments and have done so successfully for years. Perhaps you should look into what

As a retail investor, I was shocked to learn of the potential move to limit my access to financial products that have been available on public markets for years.
