These proposed regs are ill advised as they improperly infringe on an investors right to invest as he/she decides. I am perfectly capable of learning about leveraged and inverse investments and deciding for myself if they are an appropriate tool for our family's use.
We currently use both type of investments and have done so successfully for years. Perhaps you should look into what accessories computer owners should be allowed to buy and under what circumstances. lol
