This is totally unacceptable in country that asserts itself to be free. Just stop you cannot stay in the same place forever, wealth is meant to evolve, we are meant to go thru cycles. You cannot continue to tread water and also claim to support freedom.
Trading platforms offer advice and risks associated with positions made by investor. Educating people who wish to save for retirement, even at an early age, should be given every opportunity to make personal choices. I support continuation of our current options made available through our brokerages.
Leveraged and inverse funds or ETF are useful investment instrument for investors to manage and protect their investment. Equivalent to options, their work well and should be continue to be available on the market. Do not mess with them please.

I oppose restrictions to my rights to invest. I can make decisions on my investment portfolio and can decide whether to invest in leveraged or inverse funds.
I have been using leveraged funds since 2006. Leveraged funds have been capped at 3x for protection. Investors can use these for a variety of strategies. I believe they are safer than margin accounts. Better than futures, because the notional can be sized more easily. I believe the average investor has easy access to training tools, and should be allowed to decide for themselves.
To whom this may concern, Please do not restrict the access of the average investor into market funds. Some of those under consideration are incredibly useful to new investors who choose to risk smaller amounts during a learning phase of the market. This is ridiculous. Rather than take away the few tools (like inverse ETFs) that investors use to help protect themselves from unfair markets, perhaps it would be better to focus on fining those manipulating the markets for their own selfish gains. The way these markets are run, rigged against the little guy, is a disgrace.
