I am opposed to any move by FINRA to limit my ability to purchase, hold, and sell leveraged or inverse funds such as the ProShares UltraPro QQQ ETF listed on NASDAQ as TQQQ among many others. I have found that trading leveraged ETFs such as TQQQ is much easier (and more profitable) for me than trading options on QQQ.
Please no. Just no. I have been investing in leveraged funds for years. They have become a valuable aspect of my portfolio.
Please do not take away my right to decide what to invest in.

As someone who has used leveraged ETFs quite successfully over many years I absolutely do not support any additional regulations or restrictions on individual investors using leverage, futures, options, or any other manner of "complex" instruments as part of a self-directed investment strategy.
I actively researched and educated myself on these financial instruments
