I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
Investors should have the free right to choose whatever that's suitable for their strategies. Not to mention that many funds on this list are used heavily to hedge our portfolios and reduce the risk exposure. By limiting our rights, you are actually putting more risk to our portfolios rather than protecting them.

Each investor should have the right to decide how he or she will invest their own funds. Any restrictions are simply a ploy to prevent middle America from getting ahead. The Finra proposal is an outrage in a supposedly free country.

Regarding inverse and leveraged funds and other similar investments: I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me without a bunch of hurdles and money grabs.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
