I opose restrictions on my rights to invest. We have more than enough government regulations already. The government does such a poor job with anything and everything they touch. Leave this alone.
Comments:Not entirely sure what motivation is being sold here, but it's quite obvious to me this will lead to further exploitation of the portion of the investing population without the means to clear the substantial hurdles being erected.

I oppose to the restricting of what I can or cannot invest in with my hard earned money. I manage my own retirement accounts and have done well with leveraging positive and negative ETFs. Sometimes to a 4 to 6 times increase. I am well aware of the risks I take and I shouldn't be limited based on my net worth or lack of "formal" education.
