1. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged 2. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds & I understanding leveraged and inverse
It is ridiculous to require testing or a special process to purchase inverse funds. Investors require hedging mechanisms. With my exposure to bonds, I require some protection against rising rates, inverse treasury funds help provide that protection. We don't need a nanny, but we do need good sources of information to help us make the best investment decisions.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me at my own risk. I understand the risk, and am willing to take the risk. I only put a small amount (<10%) in this type of investments. I do not wish to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, including leveraged and inverse funds.
I should be able to make my own decisions when choosing the public investments for me and my family without the regulators' interference in any way, not to mention to go through any process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am totally capable of understanding the risks involved in those funds.
I oppose restrictions on our right to invest in public investments. We shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before one can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. We are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST!
I should be able to choose what I invest in for my family, not by regulators overstepping telling me what I can do with my money.
I should not have to go through any special tests before investing in securities.
I should be able to diversify my portfolio with the investments that best fit my plan, not regulators plans.
This is a form of suppression not regulator just call it what it is instead of hiding. We all should be able to choose what public investments are right for us and are family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the rich and privileged. No one needs to pass any special test to invest, you are just keeping lower income people down.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks. I do not need
these measures imposed on me
I invested in leverage ETFs for almost 4 years. I would not be able to reach my retirement goals without these products. I have already met all your proposed safeguards through Fidelitys control process, with the exception of a written test. Please have your legal team spend their time on more important issues. Your proposal is mostly redundant and an interference with innovation.
We shouldn't have to go through any special process

imposed on us.
Please note that leveraged and inverse funds help
protect our investments.
