I am very disappointed with the proposal to restrict my ability to buy leveraged and inversed fund. I am perfectly capable of educating myself about those instruments and I don't need to pass any special test. I am using these instruments to reduce risk and they are very beneficial to my portfolio strategy. I hope you would not enact any restrictions on purchasing those instruments by individual investors.
