Each person should be able to choose the public investments and risks that are right for him and his family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
[REDACTED] may go down when you continuously take power out of the hands of the people. First its taking everything down, and imposing manipulative quieting of political agenda/ideas not your own. Now you wanna make it impossible for anyone other than gazillionaires to live.this is not sustainable, nor constitutionally upheld behavior.there is a difference between patriotism and right wing dom.
Although I have a small portfolio compared to an investment firm or a hedge fund. I do understand the importance of hedging my investment with pro shares. Im well aware of the risks associated with all investments and I see no harm in continuing my decisions to do so.
Regulators have no right to tell me what I invest in.
please let us citizens to choose how to trade
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
No citizen should be limited in purchasing these type of investments. It makes sense to insure all investors are given the facts about these investments and should be made to read and agree they understand the investment type. But not to limit them to only special classes of Americans.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
Inverse funds are important to me. It's a huge part of my investment strategies. It helps reduce risks when market goes down. I definitely don't want to lose the ability to access inverse funds. Personally, i understand the risks and how to properly use them. The restriction is unnecessary.
I have been using leveraged investments for years. In a down market they serve as protection for my equity investments. They are safer than options as they have no expiration date. In an up market they provide me with more upside than I could afford witha non-leveraged ETF. They should not be restricted to high net worth investors.
