I oppose the restrictions you are considering
I should have a right to choose how I want to exercise my investment strategy.
We shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before we can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. We are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. We do not need these measures imposed on us!
Hard NO, one cannot choose my investment strategy. I should not, and cannot, be limited in my public traded investments.
This is completely unacceptable. If I as an investor decide to take a calculated risk based on my research, that is my decision to make. There shouldn't be any hindrances on how I invest my capital since I am assuming the risk. This rule effectively decides the investor's risk tolerance for them.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important investment strategies that should be available without restrictions to all investors. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and myfamily. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Please do not adopt radical restrictions on these leverage funds. We should be able to trade these! People can study risks themselves, and we need the freedom to choose to trade.
I should not be restricted from using inverse and leveraged ETFs. It is my freedom of investing choice.
I should be able to choose what investments are right for me and my family... you can provide the warnings so that I know what assets are riskier than others. I am capable of weighing those risks on my own.
