Dear FINRA,
I strongly urge you to let investors invest freely, the freedoms this country was founded on have enabled it to prosper. I currently am invested in many different places including accredited investments. Please do not add investment friction to the marketplace while taking away freedom!
I use the leveraged and inverse funds as important tools for me to hedge and speculate at the appropriate time to complement my stock portfolio. Over the years, I've learned the risks and rewards of these funds. There should be some minimal restrictions on the usage of public investments to protect new or beginner investors, but not experience investors. Thank you.
The proposed rule would be a huge misstep. Investing strategies which use leverage, especially leveraged exchange-traded funds should not be restricted to the rich, they should be available for every investor. Decades of investment research show that maximizing the efficient frontier using a diversified portfolio, such as stocks and bond funds, and applying leverage is superior to individually
I recently learned of Finra's interest in taking the choice of how an individual investor wants to invest away from them. Regulators should not have the ability to limit how an individual wants to invest his/her funds. Let US invest for our public commodity especially for things that are being imported.
Everyone should be allowed to invest into the new markets like cryptocurrency or NFTs or web3 but we also need fair and balanced regulations that protect investors from fraud and rug pulls from bad actors or cryptocurrency companies who are not being prosecuted at this time! Make this a personal goal to change cryptocurrency for the better.
I have a modest net worth and am not an investment professional, but have spent 15 years investing in individual stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds. As I have gained experience, my investment thesis has become quite simple: You either believe stocks will go up in the long run, or you believe they will go down in the long run. If you believe the former, then the logical next step is to get as much
Who do you think you are???!!
Who gave you the right to do this??? Please Mind your own business, and leave me ALONE!!!
