I read the prospectus of leveraged funds in which I invest. So long as the funds adhere to the procedure listed in this prospectus no additional regulation is necessary. Please dont interfere with my ability to provide for my family. Your proposed regulations will cause direct harm to me and my family if implemented.

There needs to be away for people who are unable to sell stocks short to short the market during bear conditions Removing the use of inverse and leveraged funds further disadvantages individual investors and would continue to demonstrate the regulatory agencies' support of big market players
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I have been doing investment for long time. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy. I should have the right to invest on my own risk. Thank you!
Its our money that we worked for & we should have the right to invest it to our liking.
