I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and my family. Investments should be available to all of the public not just the ones the government chooses! Levereged investments are an important hedge against huge losses when markets make unexpected turns. I oppose restrictions that limit the public to make investment choices.
I do not agree to be regulated against buying leveraged funds or inverse funds.
Who benefits from these additional regulations? There should be no restrictions on my ability to invest in public securities and to use them as an enhancement to my portfolio. This administration has already devastated my retirement funds by mismanaging the economy and directly causing extreme inflation and now want to limit my ability to augment my portfolio?
What has happened to democracy in the country! Since when do we not have the right to invest our money as we wish! CUT THE [REDACTED]!
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Nor should I need to pass any test or demonstrate ability to clearly understand what I am investing in.
It is not the product. It's the folks who buy them and do not have a clue regarding how they should be used. Ban them not the product.
Don't do this. This is not what you call "enhancement" it is "control". Educate the investors. Have brokers create warnings and disclosures. Many already are. Stop making the *free market system*, less free.
Please stay away from all monetary transactions. Already there are cities and counties charging property tax even though the laws clearly are only defined for Business Property.
Here you are doing exactly the opposite of what the constitution states. The nonsense of the US Gov putting up citizens land as Collateral for loans from the IMF is not enough I assume.
This will end badly for all of
Regulators,
It is not your responsibility to decide what I can and cannot invest in. Sure, prevent illegal things like pump and dumps, ponzi schemes, and boiler rooms, but do them withold the opportunity to make a reasonable decision on what I can or cannot do with my money because you don't think I'm worthy, smart enough, or rich enough already to do so. Personal responsibility
You are trying to get only rich to be able to use leverage? Stop trying to keep the working class poor. Let everyone use leveraged and inverse funds!!!!
