I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS . All public Investment instruments should be accessible to us, not only the privilege or rich.
I should be able to chose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all the public, not just the privileged Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and I do not need any passing tests before Investing in public securities like inverse
Every person / investor has the right to their money and choice on what they decide to invest in. It is unethical to take that right away from the common investor.
Over regulation is hurting not only Stock Brokers ,it is hurting Insurance Agents as well. Regulators should not be able to kill an industry just so they can justify their jobs. With Fixed Index Annuities the suitability forms and requirements are beyond reason, and have killed millions of dollars worth of sales, and hurt millions of agents and potential customers.
tHE LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS ETFS HAVE SERVED US WELL. dO NOT CANCEL OR CHANGE THE RULES FOR INVESTING IN THEM.

Do not move forward for limiting investors ability to directly invest of pro shares. Ive been doing it for years and found it to be very straightforward and not as complexes if some would make it sound. Do not change the rules.
