This attempt at limiting my ability to invest and trade is outrageous. This is regulatory over reach that assumes we are unable to make our own informed decisions about our investment portfolios. Please don't do this. Having access to these etfs protected my retirement during the latest market sell off. If they weren't available then I would have lost at least 15% of my retirement savings. The risks of these etfs can be moderated by keeping a small position size. Anyone with common sense should know this. Thank you.

It is the investors duty to make sure they perform they fulfill their due diligence on the stocks they are going to invest. Most of the trading platforms warn the investor about the nature and volatility risks of these stocks already. There is no need for extreme oversight as such.
