I oppose limitations on option to invest in leveraged and inverse investments
Sirs, eliminating my ability to invest in specified products is wrong. I should be able to invest as I see fit. Brokers are already responsible to various extents to make sure their customers are aware of the various risks associated with different products. The decision to invest in a particular product must be left up to the individual, not the government.
Restricting people from investing when we already have a prospectus is becoming a nanny we do not need. You have a ridiculous amount of restrictions already in place. You do NOT need more power of what we can and can't do.

These new proposed regulations seem very un-American. It is our money and our choice and we should be able to invest in the same funds as anybody else.
I should be able to choose to invest in leveraged funds without regulations or restrictions. The risks are plainly stated and easy to understand - it does not require special education or training to be able to understand and use these funds.
