Dear FINRA,
Public investments should be available to all of the public not just the privileged. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
I have done my own research and are well capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in
The proposed rule is going to make the rich richer and create a wealth gap in this county that impinges on American rights to a free economy. I ask that you vote no on this bill.
It is a free market. Individuals have the rights to trade within their financial capability.
Really disappointed to hear about these potential new regulations further restricting the common man's investing choices. Why are you only allowing privileged investors access to these tools? In these volatile times, it's so important to me to be flexible so that I can achieve my family's investment goals. Please choose freedom over regulation!
We are capable. Everday investors already sign disclosures.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies esp. during the bear years
Im a small investor, that attempts to look ahead of the market, to invest where I think the market is going. Being able to invest in bull and bear markets, being able to hedge positions is important to me. While I dont get every investment right, I keep my head above water, To deny me the ability to do this would reduce the activity I have in the market. It would also increase any thoughts I have
Dear Sir/Madam
Im invested in PSQ and Dog as an insurance policy and investment tool against market declines. It might or might not work out for me as an investment. That makes it no different to me than equities themselves, so I dont understand why I should be restricted from owning while others could. Please do not enact a rule that takes this option away from me and others.
Leveraged and inverse ETFs are some of the safest and easiest ways for small investors to access those types of products. It's the safest way to get extra exposure to equities and/or short equities for an individual investor. Maintaining access to these products is vital to individual investors' access to the financial markets.
Yeah I'm smart enough to figure out what I should in and should not invest in, I know the risks, I do the reach, appreciate the help but please don't limit my options, thanks
