No ones business what I want to invest in. I watch it everyday after being down there for years.
Investors should be able to decide and choose what investment is suitable for them. We understand the caution may be needed about leverage and inverse funds but it should not be prohibited.
I have learned that you are considering limiting investors ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds. I have had terrific successes with these types of funds and in fact the bulk of my trades are using this as part of my investment strategy.
Please reconsider, and leave these securities as-is so that we can buy and sell as we should be allowed to do in a free market economy. All the risks

We employ multiple analytics in our decision making process, and use an active trading system in an attempt to mitigate the risks. The long-term results can be quite substantial for our clients. We feel it would not be in our clients
I strongly oppose any new limitations on my ability to buy Funds (ETF's) including leveraged and inverse funds.
