Public investments must be available to ALL of the public, not just the privileged. Individual investors like me need the ability to use funds such as High Yield Bond Funds, Leveraged/Inverse Products, and Asset-Backed Securities to diversify and protect our portfolios as needed. I fully understand these funds and have been trading them for years. I understand their risks as well as their benefits. I do not need any restrictions imposed on me.
