It is demeaning and offensive that this bias was conceived and is being actively considered. The small investor is the strength of our nation and should not be belittled or marshaled as naive and uneducated children. Perhaps their is a more sinister and nefarious reason for this consideration, where there is smoke there is fire. I pray that truth and fairness for equal market access prevails.
The reasons I am opposed at any further regulations that restrict my ability to trade in securities of my choice is that it would limit my ability to offset the volatility of many of the securities I choose to trade. I am able to determine my risk levels and leverage levels when trading and I oppose any special process you may be considering, such as tests. I do not need to be hampered by any
I have been trading 3x leveraged and inverse ETF's for many years because it allows me to go long or short without having to open a margin account. It's no different than trading any unleveraged stock, as long as you just divide your investment dollars by 2 or 3 depending on the leverage multiple. Please don't add any restrictions. It works great the way it is, and it allows people
Hands off our freedom of investing. We the people should be able to choose the public investments that are right for ys and our family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I understand the risk of leveraged investments including leveraged and inverse funds. I think it should be my personal choice. these investment/speculative invested can help me hedge my risk just like a pro's. I prefer to decide for myself what I do. Not a government agency. Goverment/FINA/SEC should focus on fraud and illegal activity.
I oppose limitations on my investments
I strongly oppose limitations on investors. The government has no to restrict how I spend or invest as long as its legal.
We as individual investors should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for our family. Currently there are always warnings before we submit a leverage/ riskier trade, which I think its enough to warn people who dont understand. Each individual should be responsible for his/her own decisions. Whoever understands the risk of investments shouldnt be required to take extra time
I enjoy investing with leveraged and inverse ETF's and have found them as a compliment and beneficial asset to my portfolio. I would ask that retail investors (whatever level) be able to invest in these products. Freedom to invest in the products that best fit your needs and strategy are helpful for me as I save for retirement, down payment, and other savings goals. Thanks for your time
I'm against any restrictions on my ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds. Buy inverse funds during the down turn of the market is equivalent to buy insurance. This is an important tool for investment.
