We as individual investors should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for our family. Currently there are always warnings before we submit a leverage/ riskier trade, which I think its enough to warn people who dont understand. Each individual should be responsible for his/her own decisions. Whoever understands the risk of investments shouldnt be required to take extra time through bureaucracy to be approved for investing in public trades.
