All short interest and FTDs need to be reported on a daily basis. Individual investors deserve to know what is going on with their stocks, especially when the entire system is computerized.
I want to be able to decide for myself whether a particular leveraged or inverse investment vehicle is appropriate for my investment strategy. Although I have a middle-income-level job, I do not feel that I should have to submit to some kind of FINRA-mandated means testing or other qualifying criteria to invest in leveraged or inverse investment products. .
I have invested in some of these
We want T-0 settlement. We want transparency. We want jail time and not fines for breaking rules. We want a fair stock market.
Look to who it mat concern i am not liking this push to communism since when do we need approval of a stock / investment if it have pasted muster with SECC this [REDACTED] has to stop and stop now
Hello - I trade stocks and options for my living. I use leveraged and inverse funds often to hedge positions against market volatility.
Please do not hinder my ability to do so.
Thank you.
We strongly feel that as an investor buying leveraged & inverse funds should be available to the investor for better returns. After all that is beauty of Stock Market in USA.Please DO Not STOP our right to invest to these funds/ETFs.
I use inverse etf's to hedge my long positions. Trying to short an individual stock is much too risky. A inverse etf is so much safer. Please do not put an end to inverse etfs.
Can we still buy penny stocks? How could they not be worse? I am perfectly capable of gaining or losing money without being told where to do so. It's part of being an adult.
I can see where you are coming from but as much as you want to regulate everything from mortgage, stocks and bonds, and from whom you can purchase from. Over regulation never works.
There should not be limitations on the type and amount of money the average investor is able to spend. Congressional members and the Executive branch should not be able to invest, trade stocks, etc., during their terms due to their abuse of insider trading.
