I am very disappointed with the proposal to restrict my ability to buy leveraged and inversed fund. I am perfectly capable of educating myself about those instruments and I don't need to pass any special test. These instruments provide important hedging protection during times of market volatility for investors. As most have wealth locked in the retirment accoutns, access to these in retirement account is critical.
Please do not limit my access to these funds. I perfectly well know what I am doing and do not need the additional administrative burden of complying with whatever "tests" are created.
