These instruments provide hedging and seasonal positioning according to market conditions. We simply believe that a hired professional would not put as much attention into the changing market environment as we do.

FINRA should not prevent or restrict individual investors from buying a broad range of public securities designated as complex productsspecufically, leveraged and inverse funds. Everyday individual investors should be able to use leverage to their advantage just as larger market participants do.
