Please stop babysitting people. We have enough knowledge and brains to decide on our own what to do with our own money and in what to invest. We do not need more regulation or rules.
I would like to voice my opposition to restrictions on my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I have learned that FINRA is considering limiting the public's access to leverage and inverse funds. I highly disagree with this. I should be able to choose what investments are right for me without restrictions, limitations, or extra requirements. These types of investments

It is not your job to tell us what we cant Invest in on the stock exchange! Leveraged ETFs were created to trade! If I want to put my hard earned capital at risk in a leveraged ETF I have the right to! Its my money!
I should be able to make my own investing decisions. I understand the risk in leveraged securities. Limiting this to an elite group of investors is total against what this county stands for - freedom of choice.
Please do not hinder my ability to participate in the stock market or create barriers that are unnecessary.
