I believe that it is important to be able to exercise my rights in a free society to purchase leveraged funds. I dont have the time nor the inclination to do things like buy on margin or use derivative instruments. Let's see some research as to who is using these instruments, how long they are holding them, and examples of smaller investors getting into trouble with them.
