Estute Regulators,
Existing controls for access and use of higher performance/risk instruments are designed to and do adequately protect the investor.
Through the brokerage/firm, the investor is required to review and agree to very clearly stated statements as to the risk that leveraged (or otherwise higher risk) instruments carry. Responsibility for the outome of poor investment decisions lies
Regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I oppose any restrictions that will block my right to invest in public investments. I believe I am capable of making financial decisions that are right for me. If I feel I need additional advice to support my decisions, I will not hesitate to seek that advice.
We definitely know the risk of leveraged and inverse ETF!
We should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit our trading strategies.
Taking away leveraged funds and other resources only continue to broaden the gap between the haves and have nots.
It is dangerous and irresponsible to even threaten removing leveraged ETFs from investors in the middle of a market correction. LETFs provide less risk than short term options trades and meme stocks, and can be fundamental to a balanced portfolio that outperforms the market. If such ridiculous action were to take place, Id hope it would occur during a period in which the market is at all time
I am more then competent to make my own financial decisions. If I have read and understand the pitfalls of investing, I am them capable to invest in whatever I choose.
I am responsible for my own investments. Do not limit my choices based on others who do not understand the volitilty and risk of the market
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I not regulators should be able to choose the public

Would like to continue to have the ability to buy ETF's as long as the proper transparency is available to make an intelligent decision.
