The FINRA rule is nothing more than an scheme to steal wealth, power, and autonomy from individuals. People have the intelligence and information necessary to make their own investments without regulatory tyranny. Stop it.
Greetings, I absolutely oppose any regulations and restrictions on my ability to grow my wealth. There is a never ending assault on main street investors from both regulators and government impacting our ability to prosper. It needs to stop. Regards, Joe Youngs.

People are perfectly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. The last thing we need is more government interference. If anything we should be eliminating the option for anyone in government
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I work way too hard for others to be in control of my finances. I am not afforded breaks and opportunities like the well-to-do. Keep your hands off of my money.
If I wasnt comfortable with my investment choices I wouldnt make them. I conduct all relevant research before making an investment and leveraged and inverse securities are no different. My broker provides sufficient information with respect to the risk of the investment and I dont believe any additional conditions are necessary from regulators.
Please allow me to make decisions that I need to make to properly allocate my investment portfolio. Risks are clearly outlined in the prospectus, which there is already a requirement to read. This is overreach and I don't appreciate it.
Qualified investors (current status) should be allowed to invest in a variety of products including inverse and leveraged funds -- This is like call or put options--to maximize their opportunity. We should be made aware of the risks (current status), and enjoy the gains or suffer the losses.
You need to end Congressional exemption from insider trader rules before addressing inverse and leveraged
