Freedom of investing should never be restricted it's against foundation of what we believe of CAPITALISM!
Unlike many others, I agree that there should be greater regulations and clearer mandatory warnings, particularly the fact that even a sideways market will result in losses; however, I'm concerned that the regulations proposed may go a bit too far.
One thing to take into consideration is that those unable to invest in leveraged funds may seek even more risky alternatives.
Regarding L&I funds and potentially restricting access to them... I would oppose any such move.
Firstly, my current brokers (TDAmeritrade, E*Trade Financial, and Charles Schwab & Co, Inc) all provide me with ample educational materials online at no charge which informs me of the risks and limitations involved in trading L&I products, namely, they are intended
I would like to see this process is very similar as purchsing like BitCoin !!! it's no different, it should not be an restriction from regulator !!!
thanks

I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me. I am counting on these investments to get me through the bad times ahead in the market.
Sirs: I've been investing in limited quantities of leveraged funds for the past ten years or so, and find them very useful for hedging.
Please do not make it difficult for me to invest in this manner.
Thank you.
Please don't hold my hand. I'm a grown man and I realize the consequences of my actions and don't need the nanny state to
protect me.
I am an investor that uses inverse and leveraged ETF and I oppose restrictions on my right to use these investment products.
These products are adequately explained through their prospectus.
As an investor, it is my responsibility to read and understand these documents and investors should be free to choose appropriate products for the portfolio.
Limiting these products to only high net worth
I oppose restrictions on access to Leveraged ETF
Hi,
Leveraged funds are an important part of my portfolio. I strongly disagree with any regulation that makes investment in these funds difficult or prevented.
I would like to see regulators focus on criminal activity instead of pointless regulation of well understood leveraged funds.
