Leveraged ETFs are very helpful financial tool for retail investors. They are important to my investment approach. It provides investors access to a basket of stocks and in general it has protection against short raids by hedge funds. Please keep these important investment options around. DO not make retail investors even more weaker by taking this tool away from them.
Please allow for the inverse ETFs to function as they are. There are enough guard rails in place to allow people to make educated judgement. We should not be restricting trading of these any more.

As a school teacher with a low salary, leveraged funds are important to my investment strategies. I have more than 1000K hours studying financial investing and have used this as a way to supplement my income to help support my family. It is unfair to limit these options to just the privileged. It should be available to the public to allow personal wealth growth to be more equitable.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I strongly oppose taking away retail traders’ right from trading complex products. This is unconstitutional and unfair as it only allows the rich to invest. The right and privilege to freely invest one’s own money on any products should be for all and not just the privileged.
