FINRA is issuing this Regulatory Notice to provide members an update on regulatory coordination efforts concerning compliance with CAT reporting rules (the “CAT compliance rules”).
For the Public
FINRA Data provides non-commercial use of data, specifically the ability to save data views and create and manage a Bond Watchlist.
For Industry Professionals
Registered representatives can fulfill Continuing Education requirements, view their industry CRD record and perform other compliance tasks.
For Member Firms
Firm compliance professionals can access filings and requests, run reports and submit support tickets.
FINRA is issuing this Regulatory Notice to provide members an update on regulatory coordination efforts concerning compliance with CAT reporting rules (the “CAT compliance rules”).
Beginning August 3, 2020, members are required to begin to report transactions in U.S. Treasury Securities executed to hedge a List or Fixed Offering Price Transaction or a Takedown Transaction (as defined in FINRA Rule 6710) with an appropriate identifier.
