Leveraged funds are crucial to one of my investment strategies which I pair with options. Limiting their use will devastate my strategy while adding testing, high net worth and/or special brokerage approval requirements will adversely hurt the options market in these products.
Please retain ability to invest in these Inverse and Leveraged funds. Per earlier notes, there is enough knowledge and background to invest in these responsibly. And I will be happy to undertake any evaluation, screening to demonstrate knwoeldge and understanding around these instruments
Investors should be able to utilize leveraged and inverse ETFs as they see fit. It should not fall on regulators to limit what I can invest in as long as the risks/merits of the investments are easily visible which they are on the Prospectus.
I strongly believe that I, and not any regulator, have the right to choose what investments are suitable for me and my family. Publicly available investments need to be accesible to all and not to only a few.
I do not believe that special vetting or testing is in order. Leveraged funds and their risks are clearly explained in all materials.

I do not need you to protect me from myself. Leave leveraged investments available to everyone. Its not up to you to decide how much risk I can take.
These restrictions on my right to invest should not be put in place
Investing in Leveraged funds boosted the returns and at the same time helped me invest only portion of the Retirement corpus (thus limiting my risk) and still was able to beat S&P500 and Nasdaq returns.
Please do not restrict Leveraged investments.

Its about time that someone is finally addressing these horrible leveraged and inverse funds that ProShares offers to the public!
I have personally lost over $100,000 over the last 10 years. And I still have one that is down $85,000 in my stock account but just have not yet taken the losses yet. Every 2x or 3x fund eventually goes to zero and companies such as ProShares just does

I am OK with a short test requirement to make sure people know what they're doing with leveraged ETFs like TQQQ. People shouldn't take on risks they don't understand.
