As an adult investor I should be able to choose what investments I make for myself and my family. This is an over reach of regulators. I use these funds to hedge my investments and to enhance returns. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I want to be able to choose what investments are right for me. I want these funds to be available to me to choose from. I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. These funds are an important part of my investment strategy. They help me protect my investments some times and some times give me better returns and use these as certain part of my investment mix. I
this rule is anti-competetive and unfair to the smaller retail investor. I strongly oppose it and its unfair restrictions it would pose to me as an individual investor. Please do not implement this rule in its current form. People like me have the right to make investment decisions as we see fit with our own money.
Don't ban or restrict leveraged ETFs.
Inverse funds are important to the uneducated investor to protect their account in difficult times. If the fool wants to lose their money this way, let them do it. Unless you want t all to go to lotto tickets
there are a lot of investors who are invested in this. whatever you do make sure the rights of the investors who are invested are not under threat
