I wish to keep my right to be able to buy leveraged and inverse funds and other popular investments. If it is too complex for me than I can decide on my own. I do not need FINRA or any other government agency to hold my hand. Thank you very much.

Regulators should not determine what risks or opportunities that I want to apply to my portfolio construction. Hands off the tools I use to hedge and diversify my portfolio. There is already plenty of literature and information on the risks associated on these investments.
I likely would fit all the criteria (VHNW, etc.) which I sort of sign off on for options trading at Fidelity yet I oppose this action. There are better ways to achieve investor protection without making them jump through hoops which in practice just turn out to be theatre.

Public investments should be available to ALL of the public, not just the privileged.

Please do not regulate funds that Ive been investing in safely for years. Individual Investors are sophisticated enough To understand the risks associated with all kinds of investments.
