This could potentially deny me the freedom to choose investments, like leveraged ETF's, that could help me achieve long-term financial security. I should be able to choose investments based on the long-standing disclosure-based system, without jumping through even more hoops.
Do not block people from investing. You have some nerve. I am an accountant for high wealth individuals and those people do not deserve to be the only people who can invest. They know less than youd like to think. Why dont you put your energy toward human rights or the climate crisis instead. Stop being so greedy.

This is complete over step on prohibiting the consumer who the SEC is supposed protecting to invest what they deem to be a safe asset.

Please do not put special restrictions and requirements on select inverters.
Everyone should have equal access to investing. Allowing only select inverters to invest in all available in vestments creates a special class of society that have opportunity to hoard all the wealth and leave everyone else lacking. There is too much inequities now. Let's not make it worse by
