This ruling unfairly limits the ability to invest and profit or lose accordingly. Requiring education to the investor is reasonable but prohibiting access is rigging the game. It's understood that this environment carries heightened risk for these products. Putting a ruling like this in place now will restrict individuals access to these products in the future when risk is much lower,
Please do not restrict my ability to trade leveraged or inverse ETF's. These are a great money maker for me. With respect, I probably have a better understanding of how these work than anyone at your agency.
What the heck is wrong with you? Another way to take away our freedoms. I oppose limitations on my investments! I should be able to choose public investments that are right for me and my family. These investments should be available to all of the public not just the rich! Stop trying to hurt the people who are trying to get ahead in this disgusting economy.

I oppose the new restrictive measures. As a citizen of a free country, I believe in my right to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing. And as an educated retail investor, I should be able to buy leveraged and inverse funds to protect my investment portfolio.
