I strongly believe, that many people is very crucial to every person. Humiliating, embarrassing, taboo, and relentless are also capabilities by the government of US.

I am very concerned about the possible legislation that you are proposing. Some of the funds that would be effected by this legislation are an important part of my hedging process. Taking this ability away would severely impact my trading ability. I request that you do not remove the freedom to trade these investment vehicles that are not available anywhere else.
With the increasing encroachment of criminal activity by members of the US government abusing their power and positions to use the public's lack of understanding concerning their Constitutional Rights and the Laws of this Country combined with the increasing destruction of our Democracy and the control that has been gathered by these criminals and it's detrimental effects on our country
I regularly enjoy being able to trade in leveraged funds as a limited part of my investment strategies. I am able to afford risks associated with such trading and find the existing information and warnings supplied by Fidelity Investments more than sufficient to keep me aware of such risks. Please do not further restrict my use of such funds.
I'd like the freedom to determine my own financial risk and investments. I've studied the financial market for more than 30 years via paid services, books, newsletters, etc. I watch my portfolio closely using paid advisor review my portfolio decision based upon my life situation and risk profile. I absolutely do NOT want to have a financial agent of the federal government
It is wrong to restrict investing on leveraged funds. We can control the risk.
I am opposed to regulatory restrictions of my ability to buy, sell or trade public stock. My investments are mine and I do not need regulations to hinder my ability to sell, purchase or otherwise invest.

Im well aware of the potential downsides to letfs Im educated. I am not staking a substantial amount of net worth and am hopefully using them to safely obtain an early retirement. Cutting letfs from the public market in my opinion would be a detriment to the retail investors.
Stop preventing Americans investing our money in crypto. Stop this nonsense. America is the land of innovation and opportunities!
