This is not fair! Everyone should have equal opportunity to invest.
I dont see the point taking away the freedom to invest. I find it odd for regulators to even think about this when market manipulators continue to make billions. The playing field is not level if the regulators continue to turn a blind eye to the truth of how these manipulators take advantage of loopholes in the system. Address that first and maybe we can revisit this.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like taking a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks.
Hands off my money that I earned not the government. The fed should be dissolve, the IRS should be shrank, and the people should have total control over their own money. Our freedom includes how and what we earn our money from and how and on what we spend it on. End the WEF and stand against the the Great reset (aka) global, communist, tyranny. No world order. Hands off our human right to control
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. They help me hedge my investments.
Stop restricting Americans abilities to have a successful financial future. You don't restrict us from failing so don't restrict us from successes, know your place.
Please don't restrict the securities that smaller traders like I can access and trade. Bigger players already have too many advantages, restricting access will only give them more. I really don't need regulators to protect me from myself!
I dont want government control over my private and personal investment.
What makes free markers is the ability for everyone to invest
on equal basis without discrimination or creating barriers of entry under assumption of complexity or lack of education.
Current disclosure contain sufficient information on risk associated with investing, additionally there are plenty of educational material already available on "complex" investment strategies,
While I agree with regulators trying to protect investors, denying only certain investors access to certain investments is a step further in the wrong direction. Regulators and government need to start enforciing the current laws and regulations more fairly and less selectively, and more quickly, than we are seeing today.
Thanks
