It is unfair to limit access to these investments!
It is our rights to buy or sell all the public traded funds. Every stock or fund traded publicly has its risks and we understand it well. We as small investors shouldn't be discriminated by this restrictions. We need the freedom to decide which stocks or funds we want to buy as they are very important tools to achieve our long-term financial goals.

I am opposed to any additional restrictions that may be placed on my ability to invest or trade invest in leveraged and inverse funds. This country was founded on the premise that the average citizen has enough common sense to take care of himself and decide what is appropriate as far as his personal finances are concerned. With regard to FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, I encourage regulators to abandon the attempt to replace or limit the public's existing access to leveraged and inverse funds.
I want to be free, not "protected". I should have the same access to these financial tools as anyone else.
Me- not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.Public investments should be available to all public not just the priviledged. I shouldnt have to go through any special process like passing a test to invest in public securities. I am capable of making inverse and leveraged funds and their risk.
