Providing ONLY avenues of strict compliance affordable to only the higher income individuals and/or corporations is dispikable(sp) and an attempt to enslave the populace of the world. Even the attempt at enacting this kind of legislation from our legislature is shameful.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies and I do not need these measures imposed on me.. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged and they help protect (hedge) my investments, and I you use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.
I oppose limitations on any type investment (complex or simple) based on individual's net worth or economic basis. It is exclusionary and does not provide the equal opportunity that our society (in both the public and private sector) is fighting so hard to do.
