Popular investment tools should not be illegal
I should be able to invest in anything I want without interference from others.
This is my money & taxes were already taken from it! There is no good reason for you to change things! Keep your grubby hands off it!

I was in the financial arena for over forty year and have handled my own investmennts for at least that long. I don't need FINRA to tell me how to invest or limit my access to investments I deem beneficial to myself. At 81 years of age, I am not about to submit to your testting of my abilities.

The purposed regulation is unnecessary. It impinges on freedom of investment by individuals. I strongly oppose the purposed regulation.
I plan on investing in the present and future in leveraged and inverse funds. I oppose any legislation that restricts access to invest in these funds. Thank you
