We the people are sick and tired of over zealous politicians that really only care about their own corrupt financial dealings attempting to limit ours "for our protection". We will ask for "protection" if that's what we wish our lawmakers to actually do. People shouldn't have political figures attempting to block them

Keep your regulations away from my right to choose what I invest in!!
The list of public investments that can potentially be regulated is too arbitrary. If I buy and hold for the long-term an investment that is income-producing, I shouldn't have to be regulated. It's only those who trade frequently who should be regulated.
I want to be able to choose what I invest in without anyone telling me what I can or can't do. It's my freedom and I want to choose what public investments are right for me, not just privileged people. I shouldn't have to pass a test or go through any special process to invest. Let freedom ring and allow me to invest how and where I want to invest.
Regulators need to provide level playing field for trading and investments. so far the it is sided with billionaires and bigtime investors who trade is billions of dollars. to have fair practice buy and sell is required as long and short. people invest based on their belief and not to be forced by anyone.

I have been investing for 35+ years. I think I have enough experience and savvy to make my own decisions. I don't take big risks, I may take some small risks here and there. I think you should be more interested in unregulated securities. I personally don't like inverse funds, I stick to options for short term declines.
It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. It's like locking people in home because of Flu, but except rich people. Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected if passed.
