Leverage fund are a great security for smart investors who know what they are investing in. They give great diversity to a portfolio and in some cases provide a good hedge option.
Public Investments should be available to the public according to their choice without restrictions. Out of the various Investments available, some choose the stock market understanding the risk and reward associated with it. Out of this only a small percentage of the people are involved in leveraged and inverse fund and they fully understand the added risks involved,

This proposed regulation is TYPICAL government INTERFERENCE in the free market and should be thrown in the trash!
