My money my investments Just because those in congress invest and want you to limit it and Bill Gates shorted Tesla stock owners not once but twice and so now Jeff Bezos is trying to make Tesla go under whom would you rather do business with those who tell you to limit us LIke Pelosi and her squad and Sen Schumer whom is Amy Schumer's 8th cousin or us truth that is all I got to say I will
It's my family's money at risk. We are perfectly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds. Let us decide which vehicles we use. This proposal will only help the large institutions by once again handicapping the private investors even more with so called rules designed to "protect" them.
First off, it is not your business to determine where I can and cannot invest my money. This is supposed to be a free nation and the ability to control my money and investments is a key function of that freedom. That is on top of the fact that a regulatory agency has no constitutional authority to do it. Even congress would face constitutional challenges if they were to pass something like that
The public should have a right to invest in any securities they so choose. The risk and reward is the responsibility of the investor, not the government.
Crypto currency is a threat to the Federal government because they cannot control it. And to have to get permission from your broker is ridiulous. Most are dumber than 'door nails.' Leave it alone. It is the only way 'blue collar workers' can compete. Government does not have those same restrictions on sports betting and OTB.
I feel I should have every right to invest my money however I see fit. If I want to put my money into leveraged ETFs then I should be able too. I have worked hard for my money and should be able to have my money work hard for me. I understand there is volatility and my investment is not always safe. It should not be restricted to a select few. Let me invest how I want to invest.
People deserve to invest their money as they see fit, regardless of their level of wealth or knowledge.
It is ridiculous that You think you can make better decisions than I can. You should not let an access based on income because income does not necessarily mean lack of knowledge. But he will make their own decisions about what they put the money in.
I don't see the use in regulating crypto currencies it's been going good don't mess this up for the millions of people enjoying the benefits of investing in crypto.
To whom it may concern,
Please do not limit my investment options. I understand the risks involved with purchasing a leveraged fund. I understand the goals of such funds are to track the return of some underlying asset at a specific multiple. Furthermore, I understand the depreciation of such funds that occurs during periods of market volatility. I am thankful that these types of funds exist
