Regarding FINRA Proposed Rule #22-08, I - not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to ALL of the public, not just the privileged or those you deem qualified. Less regulation, happier investors.

We should have the freedom to choose the public investment by our own will that are right for ourselves. We shouldnt have to go through any special process before purchasing public securities including cryptocurrency funds. Its very convenient to be able to invest under one brokerage to diversify our portfolio such as stocks, mutual funds, ETFs and cryptocurrency.
Please dont take away my ability to invest how I want. Im an adult and responsible for my own decisions. Im sure very wealthy people will still have the ability to invest in more complex assets. Please allow the rest of us to have those options too.
