I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for myself and my family. Furthermore, I do not need regulators to impose restrictive measures. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment stragegies.

There's no sound reason to disallow investors from putting their money towards crypto and futures. Treat it the way every other asset us treated and let the free market decide.

It is unjust for the government to restrict the public's rights to invest while allowing the wealthy and only those who pass a test to invest.
You should let the investors decide for themselves. It is enough to have the knowledge of the way the investment works rather than just saying no to a particular investment.
