If I can blow all my money on taxes and social security that will never come back to benefit me then I can invest in crypto.
Any investment is risky.
People are smart so dont act like you need to help(police) us.
Platforms like Fidelity, Vanguard, TD Ameritrade, etc. put checks before investors are able to invest in these ETFs/Funds. I believe these are sufficient safeguards. FINRA should not take away the ability to trade in these instruments and limit the ability for knowledgeable investors to benefit from the fluctuations in the market, while investment banks are able to make millions off them.
Everyone should be able to invest the way THEY want to, not the way someone else tells them to.
I've been using leveraged and inverse funds for years. I don't need or want others deciding what I can invest in. These funds an important part of my investment strategy.
It is my belief that our government has no authority to restrict the means in which I invest my money. Their power should be limited to only pursue fraudulent investment venues as applicable under current law.
I am against regulations to limit my investments!
Restrictions on who can trade leveraged funds is not a good solution. Retail investors deserve to have the same access to the markets as professional investors. Personally, I made alot of money in 2021 and lost most of it in 2022 in leveraged trading...and , while nobody wants to lose money, I am completely ok with it because I got to choose when to buy and when to sell... it's freedom
Your letting people pour money into NFT's...but heaven forbid i invest in a "Complex" public investment. I dont want your ever expanding oversite, leave me and my money alone.
I earned this money over a life time It is mine alone We didnt elect you to allow any administration to put any limitations on. It to give to ilegals or other countries This is treason
