Stay out of our business and leave our rights alone. Do not give ANYONE the power to take our freedom of choice,to invest in whatever we see worthy. TOO BIG,TOO MUCH ,GOVERNMENT OVER REACH IS ACTUALLY THE BEGINNING OF WANTING TO GET MORE CONTROL OVER YOUR PEOPLE.

Im a normal citizen with a professional job and consider myself an average but informed investor. My investment plan is focused on long term gains and uses leveraged funds to do that. I follow a systematic investment program that uses safety switches and signals to reduce exposure to leveraged funds while also maximizing the benefit leveraged funds provide in the long term.

Individual rights for all or they are not rights
I ask you to not pass FINEA Reg #22-08 as I should be able to invest in a variety of securities without going through special tests. These inverse and leverage funds have always helped me to accelerate gains in my retirement account and without ability to do so threatens my ability to be ready for retirement. This is the main reason I use these types of funds, and I will be handicapped otherwise
I totally against the regulation concerning purchases of crypto currency!
We the public, not regulators should be able to choose
