I am opposed to the Extreme regulations that you want to put on people who want to invest.
I am an individual investor not having high net worth.
I use leveraged funds with a small amount of my investments as a hedge. I don't use margin.
I have been doing this for decades. Losing this option would be unfair.
In no, way, fashion shape or form does the government have any business telling investors whether they are 'permitted' to invest in any investment and this includes but is not limited to:
1). the regulators have no business telling me what I can or cannot invest in. this is way to much control on their part.

Everyone or no one. Complex strategies should not be limited the domain of the well connected and or large banking firms, while restricting access to the general population.
