Do not limit my investment options.
Americans should be able to invest however they want to invest without requiring any government approval. The government cannot keep nannying over the American public, considering how bad they are at nannying themselves. The unintended consequences of this will be brutal, so many entities will not get the investment it needs and many Americans will be split by who's rich enough to invest
I prefer making my own investment decisions versus regulators who can manage their own assets BUT need to learn to leave my decisions up to me. Unless they are actively trading their own assets and clients' retail assets, I find their wanting to rule on these matters self-serving, ignorant to peoples' rights to educate, learn and wisely choose and highly unreliable to ethical

It makes NO sense to require testing and other regulatory restrictions on the use of inverse and related funds. I utilize them in hedging activities when risk within the market becomes excessive without the need to sell securities at short-term taxable gain. I have a brain and am perfectly capable of understanding and determining when to use such securities. I do NOT need PERMISSION from ANY
Keep your hands off my already taxed savings. If you had any brains you would figure. Out how to control your spending. You have already proven that you don't have the necessary brains. You have to go.
