This is a free country, this means everyone has the right to invest in what they choose, without the government saying anything. You were voted in by the people to work for the people, not to let your ego get the best of you and take away our rights. Do the job you were voted in to do and stop trying to take away our rights! We have the right to fire politicians we deem unfit to hold office.
I am a former series 7, 6, 63 from 1994 to 2001. Back then people knew risk, with all the information now the public is so much more well informed that regulation should be MINIMAL. Minimal meaning more of a mediator than a regulator.
I'm opposing limitations on my investments on exchange-traded funds.
I would be against any Regulatory measures that would restrict my purchase options regarding Complex Products. These funds represent a small part of my investments, however they have in the past enhanced my overall investment results. In times of bear markets, leveraged and inverse funds are a great tool to get a positive return on your

I occasionally employ the use of leveraged and inverse ETFs to protect against losses or to enhance returns with due regard for their intended

I see no justification for FINRA to restrict public access to any publicly traded financial products, including leveraged EFTs. These securities provide an efficient and economic vehicle for small investors to hedge portfolio risk, a strategy that has now become critical in the aftermath of more than a
